I led the complete redesign of the RAHC website, transforming it into a modern, user-friendly platform suited its mission of attracting health and support workers to regional areas in need. The previous site was outdated and the traversal of information had become a chore for users and staff alike, so this project aimed to create a functional, visually appealing space that effectively communicated the program’s goals while making essential information easily accessible.

A key focus of the redesign was curating and optimizing the user journey to ensure efficient transmission of information. Health professionals exploring their opportunities needed a seamless experience that guided them through the program’s offerings while also appealing visually. By refining the site’s structure, improving navigation, and leveraging visual storytelling, I helped create an engaging and intuitive platform to take RAHC forward with confidence.

Beyond usability, the project also prioritized a design that resonated with the communities the program serves. The new site incorporated elements that reflected the cultural and geographical uniqueness of the Northern Territory, fostering a sense of connection for prospective workers. By balancing functionality with an engaging aesthetic, the redesigned platform not only streamlined access to key resources but also strengthened the program’s ability to attract and retain healthcare professionals in remote areas.

Site build was conducted externally due to prior arrangement.
