LETA
LETA needed a rebuild. Badly. The previous system was restrictive and externally controlled, making it difficult for the team to update content efficiently and costing them a bomb in management costs. They approached Foundry, where I conducted a full audit and rebuild of their website. We utilised a different CMS that was much more suited to their content update style and significantly improved the site's flexibility and ease of editing. By transitioning to a more robust CMS, LETA now has greater control over their digital presence, ensuring their messaging remains current and impactful.
As an organisation deeply involved in Australia’s ongoing fight against climate change, LETA's communications needed to remain precise, clear, and unequivocally aligned with their mission. Every aspect of the site’s structure and content presentation was designed to reflect this, protecting the organisation and allowing them to spend more time on the important things.
My collaboration with LETA hasn't ended with the launch of the new site (mid-2024). I continue to work closely with their team to refine and expand their digital presence alongside the evolution of the organisation itself. This ongoing partnership allows us to optimise the website’s performance, introduce new features as needed, and ensure it remains an effective tool in supporting LETA’s critical environmental initiatives.
