As sole developer for the Compas' new website, I was responsible for building a robust, large-scale recruitment platform tailored to the needs of both job seekers and the agency’s internal team. The site architecture was designed to handle complex data relationships and dynamic content, ensuring scalability and performance across a high volume of listings and user interactions. I worked closely with designers and stakeholders to bring a clean, modern UI to life through well-structured, maintainable code.

The biggest challenge of the build was implementing the business-critical user management features, allowing candidates to register, log in, and manage their profiles with ease. I also developed a job-save functionality that let users bookmark roles of interest for later review, improving engagement and streamlining the job application process. These features were built with a focus on security, usability, and seamless integration into the overall platform ecosystem.
